Your customercare no is a headache,
its take about 45 minutes to complain.
My complain no is 21041634134 dt 16/4/21, 7/5/21, 28/5/21, 29/5/21, 13/6/21 for washing machine..
Your repairmen say we repair AC etc but not
washing machine, Why are you selling Products which you cant repair or replace or reply that to in warrenty preiod. today Iam forced to call local repairmen or I have to buy new W.M but of course NEVER koryo.

Please look into this case. Service Ticket No. 200603128179. My issue is still not resolved. Looks like you guys are not taking seriously. Please note: If my AC is not repaired within 72 hours then I’ll knock the doors of consumer court and I will charge 1000/- as compensation for the each day being delayed.

consumer complaint at mycomplaintonline.com– Not providing service and telling us to pay for screen replacement. No damage was done by us and service engineer is telling that its not manufacturing defect and its done by us. We are sure that its manufacturing defect . the product is under warranty and we have extended warranty too.
