1. The customer can cancel their order before it is processed, and if successful, a full refund will be given back to the same account within 1-3 working days.
2. If you cancel an order after it has been processed, you will be charged a To and Fro Logistics fee. This fee can range from ₹800-₹2800, depending on the weight of the shipment and the destination pin code.
Refund Amount: The refund will be processed after the shipment has been returned to the source, and it may take 4 to 7 working days for it to be credited back to the original payment method.
Attention: Green Soul offers free shipping on successful orders, but if the customer cancels or rejects the order after it has been shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
A product can be returned if it is within 10 days of the delivery date and it meets one of the following conditions.
- Customer is unhappy because the product they received is different from what they ordered.
- The product was either damaged or defective when the customer received it.
- The Accessories that was supposed to be in the box was missing.
- You have 72 hours to report physical damage to a product in order to be eligible for a replacement.
- Green Soul will either send a replacement for any damaged, missing, or incorrect items that are delivered, or refund the purchase in full if a replacement is not available.
