  • The warranty will only be valid if the installation is done by the service centres appointed by the company.
  • The Service Centre will be available to attend outstation installations based on the agreed upon mode of transportation between both parties. The decision on local conveyance will be made mutually.
  • The fees for installation may be altered at any time without advance notification.
  • Customers are required to pay half of the charges during site inspection, while the remaining balance can be paid after installation.
  • Customers are responsible for organizing their own plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks if required.
  • Additional fees will be applied for the use of hose pipes.
